[Gold Road] Viikor Brazen Hoof - Kill does not grant the achievement

I've killed Viikor Brazen Hoof in the east wind of Silorn and despite being successful it did not grant me the achievement.
Giving a heads up, maybe other players have or will experience the same. If so, please comment below so the dev's might hear from it.

Edit: The daily endevour also didn't complete by killing him. Just realized.

Not sure if this is related but I'm not getting credit for completing certain things either. Varen's Watch and one of the WB are not showing up as done on my Zone Map.

seems inconsistent then, ive fought this public dungeon boss once and got credit for it a couple days ago (achievement, as it was not an endeavor to do a public dungeon group boss at the time)

the new public dungeon bosses are almost always broken with the endeavors it seems (out of the last 3 chapters, at least 1 public dungeon group boss has been bugged with the group boss endeavors)
