West Weald Skyshard #1 - Where Art Thou?

Not sure if an issue on my end or what, but the pin for the Skyshard "Northwest of Wildburn's Edge Wayshrine on the steps of an abandoned house is not on the correct position on the map. The pin is right over the Outcast In. Anyone know where the actual Skyshard is?
