Scribing skill Contingency triggers from bash hits and dodge roll.

Maybe working as intended but it feels like it does not correctly match the tooltip description.
Contingency is a pre-cast spell that triggers on the next cast, but with bash weaving or dodge weaving it actually becomes an instant cast if you want to.
I have a feeling this is not intended, but honestly I like it this way. What do you think?

"Ability" can mean active skill (skills on bar) or core combat ability (block, dodge, bash, break free). Dodge and Bash are core combat abilities with a cost, and therefore proc Contingency. It's working as intended.
