Is deconstruction bugged?

Recently I started to deconstruct a lot of loot I find mostly to get style materials. While they usually were plentiful in recent years, all of a sudden they don't drop almost never anymore. And I have my CPs and Skillpoints in crafting and deconstruction maxed. There are some style materials for crafting furnishing that are really hard to come by even in stores.

Could anyone shed some light on this?

I cannot shed any light on it, other than to say I have always found certain style mats to have a horrible drop rate from deconstruction!

Now I'm not saying my method works better but it makes me think I see a better return.....

If I have several items in a style that could possibly drop a style mat I want, Steadfast Society/Stendar Stamp for example, then I don't do those in bulk with everything else,.instead I seperate them out and decon them one at a time.

If done in bulk with items of other styles, it is my experience a return of one style mat, of that type, is likely the best result, often none at all, whilst doing those items individually can give a style mat each time, sometimes it doesn't but I feel I get a much better return this way.
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!

    Ok interesting... I'll try that.
