-25-50% more Archival Fortunes earned

- 25-50% less cost for stuff in Infinite Archive vendors

- Special Event merchant inside Infinite Archive with a stock of items only purchasable during event and with Archival Fortunes

- Could go crazy and have super rare style pages that can drop off bosses/marauders but can also add these style pages in the Special Event Merchant for a really high amount of Archival Fortunes.

Am I the only one wanting a Event for Infinite Archive?

I think it would be great for those who regularly do IA. It's not my cuppa, so I wouldn't be "enjoying" such an event, but that's okay too!

25-50% is way too much discount. 10% in any case as ZOS uses to do.

Still, IMHO, things should not have a discount there, as you don't have discounts in the Golden Vendor, Weekly Furniture Vendor, Vouchers Vendor, etc.

We should be sastisfied already that ZOS added that vendor inside IA that gives you moster masks and so that cost millions and milions of gold outside IA (there it is your discount), and not only the masks but things like Leads, etc. that you can easily get from the IA vendor and not that easily outside it.

If im not remembering wrong there is an event that gives you a discount on Golden Vendor and much more but not in Infinite Archive

Incorrect, the Zeal of Zenithar event gives discounts on Golden, Lux Furnishing Vendor, houses that can be purchased for in-game gold, etc during the time period of the event (about 2-ish weeks).

So having IA discounts for literally ONE proposed IA event would not be out of the norm at all.

Yes, I would totally be down for this, hopefully with enough warning so I can run it a bit more before. I don't seem them going cheaper than 20% discount but that would still be super welcome. 20% discount and double fortunes sounds fair tbh. Throw in the ToT music box lead and it would be S tier event lol.

IA is only a bit above PvP and even my lowest rated ToT. Tedious and repetitive.

I was watching some old Destiny 2 coverage and it reminds me of their attempt of the same thing that got dropped.

Yes I would love a similar event!
But be careful: the Style Pages the OP talks about are already on sale with Fortunes.
Filer Tezurs sells special containers called "Archival Tomes" for 12,000 Fortunes each.
Here you will find the curated Style pages.
Always, without the need for an event!

I have mixed feelings about this.

I do try to run IA once per week just doing one arc solo now, no companion. That is about all I can manage time-wise and with other in-game obligations. I am afraid that an event might make participating a long, tedious grind fest.

I don’t have a huge amount of fortunes but I trying to save them for leads. I have not bought anything else except one furnishing book.

i would not be opposed to an archive event lol

there definitely needs to be a better selection of leads that come up in the archive vendor because to date there has only been i think 1 treasure map lead that appeared in the archive since release (6 months ago, 1 apocryphal well lead near the archive release)
