Why haven't they nerfed the Sorc deck, yet?

The sorc deck is the worst deck out there and requires the least amount of skill. Seriously, I was so ticked off when someone tried to play it a 2nd round, that I just kept pressing the sorc patron during the 2nd hand and I won in just a few rounds. He never played it again. Why hasn't ESO nerfed it, yet? It is the most broken deck. It requires no skill to play. I would prefer to just concede the match any time someone wants to play it b/c I know they don't have any skill, but I don't want to take the time penalty to wait for another hand. I really thought ESO would have taken care of it by now like they had with Pelin.
