This is more of the same, ZOS hasn't addressed or acknowledged the issue. Clearly there is something going on in their network /datacenter infrastructure

Did they fire someone important and now they don't know how to fix it?

Same situation, had a lag spike to 999+ms for a few minutes and then got booted from the server with an error message. Now trying to log back in, this is on PC/NA.

Today is the only real issue with this, around 4 random disconnects with a slight queue each time. I know the US has had some bad weather lately, unsure if that could be contributing.

This is crazy bad performance. Something very definitely wrong with ZOS servers. Can't even use guild store without getting booted from game. Rubberbanding no matter the content playing.

The silence from ZOS on this issue is deafening.

same happens to PC EU for 4 days at least, random accidental lag spikes, booted from server and other things. sometimes with very long queues, but it seems it doesn't bother people already, we gave up, bc ZOSs always blame us when such things happen.

I've vacillated between not knowing how to fix the problem or they know how to fix the problem but don't want to invest the resources, money and headcount, needed to get the problem resolved. I generally tend to lean more towards the not wanting to invest in fixing the problem.

I am one of the first to bemoan the ZoS hamster powered servers. This one might be a bit more than them though as multiple areas of the country (here in NA) have been hit by tornados this weekend including just north of Dallas where the servers reside. So on a holiday weekend with rerouting and extra traffic I imagine the internet is a bit strained while they get power and lines back up and running. I only play this game and cannot get in/stay connected either and have had to resort to watching bad b movies. Just reminding all that it could be worse and has been for at least 20 and their families and still rising. Stay safe all and see you at launch I hope next week.

And booted again. The lag has also gotten much worse generally lately - I frequently see people freeze in animations and then disappear or rubberband into the distance.

Edit: And again two minutes after getting back in. Looks like I'm done for the day.

I was so disappointed with the way the Anniversary was handled that I cancelled Gold Road purchase and got my money refunded. Gold Road has not dropped yet. You should try for a refund now if you feel as I did.

I was thinking about this as I had been very casually playing to not playing at all for a couple months. Yesterday I re-subbed and bought Gold Coast and logged in to move stuff around and build a character. Crashed for the first time in a long time for this and regretted my decision. But I probably will enjoy the new system and I have hopes things are temporary and have heard help is on the way

The past few weeks have been random freezing for almost everyone in either a 12 player trial or 4 player dungeon which turns into either a mass disconnect or rubber band effect for some time

This points to some issue on ZOS server end
