The Golden only buying, not selling?

This was the second time I went to The Golden vendor in Cyrodiil and she had no buy list, only a sell one. (PC-NA). She was still there (it was about 2 am here in Texas on early Monday morning).

✭✭✭I checked in PC/EU and same. I was under the impression that her inventory should have been available for another 30 mins. Guess I was wrong.
Said that haven't checked her for a while because this is the 3rd consecutive week that we get 'helms'.
Looking forward to three consecutive weeks of shoulders next \o/0 -

I thought she went away when she stopped selling. I think I have bought at the same time in the past.PC
