EU wait times are awful and getting worse

11 accounts for daily logins and some crafting and some less dungeons I mostly play on Europe server. This is ridiculous

Login queues are server side, it means the server doesn't have the capacity to let everyone in at the same time.

Has absolutely nothing to do with internet providers.

You chose to actively use 11 accounts. I'm not saying ZoS is fine for having wait times, but you are the reason you are spending over an hour logging in each day not them.

Happened to me too, I got a 2 and a half hour estimate. I left the queue, logged on to another account, and got in with just the usual 1 sec queue.

Happened to me yesterday, I got kicked out of the game and had to wait an "6 hour" queue. It didn't take 6 hours tho, but was an inconvenience nonetheless.

What don't they understand about it?

The server happens to be at capacity and you have to wait. If you don't want to wait an hour you don't have to log in on 11 accounts, that is your decision.
