this is similar to my antimage idea and please read that ones disclamer cause it states pretty clearly that these are just putting ideas out so maybe if the devs ever get the time to add new stuff, they have ideas to use with this one just being one many have said before but srly, ELDEN RING is getting dedicated unarmed monk style weapons even tho eso has the fire monk moveset already in the game and they could literally be attached to hand wraps that flat out dont have a model that even can go OVER outfit gloves meaning they wouldnt need to have a version of themselves made for ALL styles but just any styles after they release cause most people probably will have outfit gloves on anyways OR maybe they could just have vfx like fire on your hands or lighting or maybe even frost or dark magic kinda similar to this BG3 mod https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/7755 so as to let a DK monk run around with flaming fists or a sorc monk literally have their hands engulfed in badass lightning and new styles for em would just add more colorable vfx options alsmost like skill styles in a way.
