psijic order joining quest impossible no time rifts

it is impossible to complete psijics calling, i get seals and map but no indicator near the are of the rift (E to activate) and no rifts, i started the mission when i finished queens degree and had that pearl mission, on this picture there is 1location u can't forget, but as u see nothing

oh boy it give u the stuff and u would think u half to start rift hunt right away but there was 1step before what i forgot

actually i didn't go for the skull that detects rifts cause i assumed cause i got the map i half to start hunting for the rift, without the skull there is no (E to activate), i mentioned i missed a step in that mission
