Cyrodiil Dolmen NOT starting on PS-NA

Is the Cyrodiil dolmen still bugged? will the maint. on 05/22 fix it ? spend 8+ hours today helping someone do achievements & NOT one would go off ! we travelled to them all multiple times & even separated to check at the same times . .
No Dolmen went off all day & the hammer ONLY went off maybe twice in the 8 hours as well. Something in the changes that were made are not working.
Any fixes planned or info to help is appreciated.

    when a dolmen is up, on map there are swords of fights on its icon

    As long as you do not end the actual dolmen which is up, another one cant be activated.

    Cyrodiil dolmens were changed some time ago so that only one of them can be up at any given time, like the other zones. One player would have to go to the wayshrine at the gates so they could see the full map and tell which one is active.

    But it's happened to me that it just didn't turn on. Prime time, Cyro was lagging, I closed one and the next one didn't turn on. I had Cyro complete, just to finish the dolmens.
    Several times.
    And once I saw a marker flash on the map, but those first mobs just didn't show up. So the dolmen didn't turn on.

    Could it be that you don’t have all the dolmens discovered? If you don’t have one in other zones you can’t see that it is active.

    Yeah, there are *ten* dolmens, and if you have not formally "Discovered" all ten WITH THE CHARACTER YOU ARE ON (i.e. physically been to their location), then there is an X in 10 chance that you will not see a "flashing" dolmen on the map at all, where X is the number of dolmen locations you have not visited with this character.

    You may, of course, have Map Pins addon (or a similar one) which shows their locations, grayed out. However, Map Pins cannot tell whether an "undiscovered" dolmen on your map is the active one.

    So... My best guess is that the OP has not actually *discovered* all ten dolmens, and the active one is one that they have not discovered yet. Almost nobody bothers with dolmens, so the same dolmen tends to remain active for ages at a time.

    (Like, one time I had to do the Winter's Peak dolmen on an Aldmeri Dominion character but we were gated right back to the home bases so I had to ride up the *entire* map, got killed twice and had to restart back from home, somehow still made it there and it was still active and I cleared it, despite the fact that nearby Winter's Peak Outpost had changed hands twice between DC and EP in that time... but neither side had been near the active dolmen, which was sufficiently far away from the fortress that nobody was riding into it by accident.)

    Pretty much the only exception is the Bruma dolmen and that's only because it's literally in a contested town, so if ever the dolmen is active while the town is actually being contested, somebody ends up doing it, whether on purpose or by accident, because it's close enough to a couple of the flags that someone is bound to aggro the mobs from the dolmen while riding between the flags to flip the town.
