Why are these Crti chance potions not combined yet? I just drank one as a test because I am having fun with some new bar builds and wanted to see if they worked for both Spell Crit and Weapon Crit but after drinking one only 1 Crit went up.

Does anyone know if they only Scale still off which kind you drink?

Anything that can crit now uses the higher of your weapon critical or spell critical rating for its crit chance. In the absence of everything else, it doesn’t matter whether you use Major Prophecy or Major Savagery to get +12% to your crit chance. That +12% applies to all your damage and healing that can crit.

Which Major crit buff you get does matter if you are getting only one of the Minors, though. A sorc gives Minor Prophecy (spell crit) and a nightblade gives Minor Savagery (weapon crit); you can also get them individually from poisons. If you have Minor Prophecy but use Major Savagery pots, those buffs don’t stack: the Minor Prophecy raises only your spell crit by 6% while the Major Savagery raises only your weapon crit by 12%, so in the end you only get +12% to your highest crit rating between the two buffs. Vice versa if you have Minor Savagery but use Major Prophecy pots. If you match the Minor and Major (Prophecy + Prophecy or Savagery + Savagery), they will stack for +18% together.
