Sorc Exploitation passive not working?

Per the notes:
"When you cast a Dark Magic ability you grant Minor Prophecy to you and your group, increasing your Spell Critical rating by 1314 for 20 seconds."
Been testing this with casting Crystal Fragments and then looking at my buffs....no Minor Prophecy. Am I missing something? Thank you.

✭✭I don't know what you're seeing. I hit a target dummy with frags, look at my buff sheet and I see minor prophecy with 15-17s.2 -

✭If something similar comes up in the future, you should check with CMX, rather than visual inspection in the menu or the effect bar.
It most likely was just a visual error in your UI, porbably caused by a poorly written AddOn or unintended behaviour between two different AddOns.If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...
