How calculate world boss and Dolmen experince point

Hi.
I am veteran 2. I dont understand how eso calculate world boss or Dolmen experince point. If i am Veteran 5 and and kil a world boss in veteran 1 map, how much exp i get, or i am vt5 and kill a boss in vt1 world boss.

Some people say dont kill world boss, wait for VT9, you will get more expreince. Is it right?

I believe that quest XP rewards scale at VR levels, so I would assume dolmen and world boss XP scales with them. That said, it doesn't matter. VR experience is scaled so that one region will generally get you through one VR level. No need to delay.

Does VR1 enemies get gray at VR6? like how level 40 enemies become gray at level 46 and don't give xp and loot, in this case its stupid to wait. The gray function is to prevent farming of low level stuff and to limit overleveling.
