Crafting Potion Overhaul

This game has been out for quite some time, and I've played almost every single day since its release on console. One thing I've been thinking about recently is why there are restrictions on potions. For example, you cannot combine certain ingredients, despite each giving separate buffs to make a new potion. The game has been available for quite a while now, and I understand that at launch there was a more stamina and magicka-focused build, so these restrictions made perfect sense. But as time goes on and hybridization becomes more prevalent in builds and with spell crafting on the way, I believe these restrictions should be removed to allow players to truly play how they want. This was the original selling point of the game, and now would be the perfect time to implement this change. The amount of customization that would come out of this is unthinkable, and I think it would be great to see what people can create. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin

I would love to see new alchemy plants, food recipes and ingredients when new zones are released, similar to when we discovered Solstheim in Skyrim. This would provide more variety with potions and food buffs in line with the suggestion by @SillyGT and more things to discover when questing and harvesting.

Once you have discovered them in the new zone, they would be available everywhere as though spread through trade routes.
