Dungeon Finder Timeout

Just been using the finder to queue for daily normal dungeon and after 5 mins, the game logged all 4 of us out.
We all had to login again but now we're being told 'You have queued too recently. You can queue again in 7 mins'.
What server issues are you experiencing and why are you forcing us to wait to queue?

    Just been DC'd while questing and interactions are slow and seriously delayed.

    This was a server issue, not a localised issue as everyone in the group got DC'd at the same time.
