Is this achievement to be completed by one single character or is this an account-wide achievement? Does anybody know?

Is there a title that comes with this? Something like "Quester" or "Master Quester" which should have come with the 1000 quest achievement really?

Not that we've ever seen that before, so I am guessing the answer is no, but the article says "There’s still time before Gold Road and Update 42 launch in June!" It isn't a time-limited achievement is it?

The achievement is titled "Adventurer Across a Decade" but doesn't say if it brings character title with it, so I think we'll have to wait to find out.

Although my guess is no because it already provides a skin as reward, and there's no mention of a character title as reward too.

Also the original Explorer title doesn't even pertain to storylines at all

I was just helping someone get Cyrodiil skyshards and delve bosses in Cyrodiil last night and Cyro is lucky not everyone is immediately going to head there for the new skin

How is this related to the post? the new achievement is just for story quests and is called "Adventurer Across a Decade" not Explorer.

I can't help thinking it says a lot about the games typical reward design that so many people see something like this and assume that it's tempoary.

I think it's partly that and partly the wording of the article at the end--it does come across as time-limited.

On the other hand the West Weald achievement Nantharion's Royal style looks beautiful and right at home. Properly Ayleid and Bosmer inspired.

This isn't a single player game and people should stop treating ESO as if it is Skyrim online. It's not a realistic medieval simulation game either.

Amusingly enough, what people think is realistic for medieval times, and what the medieval times actually looked like, are two different things entirely. The medieval times were actually quite colorful and sometimes downright gaudy.

To be honest, most people don't play the single player games in their vanilla form if they can be modded. Its rare to see anyone retain the restrained aesthetics of the original games, especially concerning character creation and all of the mods relating to it. These skins are right in line with what those kind of players might like. Honestly, I don't mind it. This isn't a single player game, and cosmetics that appeal to all player types should be available.
