Extra crowns added to my account /Bug/Help

Hello, after the patch, I noticed that my account had an additional 3100 crowns which I didnt buy. I also checked if it may have been through Eso+, or from a gift but that also is not the cause. I also wrote support, but that didnt help, as their solution was to read the error tips. So what should I do? I dont want to be banned.

Thats why I made the post in the first place, because I had hoped someone knew the solution. I also hoped that maybe someone from the dev team would see my post. Heres to hoping, that we get/find a solution for our problem.0

Sadly not -_- .. I've seen multiple people have this issue.. I decided to just continue playing and just ignoring the crowns..
