Idea for a new destruction staff or at least one geared towards damage/distance damage

Hi it’s been a long time since I think a new staff has stored with destruction (or other nomination?) the idea would be a staff with a red/blood visual effect, it would be a staff for dps/dps remotely, I do not know what name to give to this, but it could be blood magic even though the sorcerer has something like that from what I heard or then take bleeding?
This style of staff could be really nice (I think) especially for vampires and magic assassins.

i really wish for more ranged weapons even just a different kind of staff.
though it's unlikely to happen at least some scribing Grimoires have the option of Bleed damagemiaow! i'm Luna ( she/her ).

✭✭At one point I researched precedents for Nightblade style shadow magic in the Elder Scrolls single player games. Having only played Morrowind onwards I hadn't seen any myself.

Many of his staves can still be found scattered across Tamriel. Master Neloth of House Telvanni is a collector of Azra's work, and has admitted to have learned a lot from studying his staves.
So tweak your suggestion slightly to shadow magic and you'd have very firm lore support.1 -

✭They just need to allow some of the NPC staves to be used by players. Shadow and Blood magic both already have staves and pseudo skill lines in the game. These are considered NPC Classes and could easily be repurposed for player use.

✭✭We can already use three destruction staves at range. The reason you stay in melee is to keep close to the healers, not the staff.2 -

They can make it, is easy than making other type of weapons because of motif so staff would not be hard.0 -

There can be wind,earth,water which I want,poison,bleed,disease,darkness, not light because that is restoration and taht is I believe it make the game better.0 -

it’s not a problem, there may be other staff of this type with their own peculiarity.
more, new weapons after 10 years of existence of the game with the same weapons currently could be a refreshing novelty for the game.Edited by Alharion on May 10, 2024 4:58PM0
