[REQUEST] Allow a reset of an armory set to the previous setting within a login session

I am surely not alone who accidentally overwrote an armory slot by pressing R and confirming instead of E. At the moment, there is a very weak safeguard against this but both E and R lead to a very similar pop up and in the hazzle one might miss to read it properly. And bam! You just have overwritten your armory slot with another configuration instead of equipping it.

So I suggest to be able to reset it to the previous configuration as long as you do it within one session of your character in order to avoid unnecessary data storage need. It should be possible to quickly realize the mistake and revert it to the previous setting so I don't think it is a big issue to limit it to the present login session.

There is probably another means to protect us from ourselves that would work better. The suggestion requires the system to keep track of multiple builds for one slot for an undefined time. An easier design will prompt that asks the user if they are sure they want to overwrite the build or a lock that requires the extra step of unlocking overnight. This is consistent with how Zenimax has set other items to protect us from ourselves.

But guys, how can you miss TWO times? It' a pay attention issue and don't go glicking just like that.

I mean, we can quickly realize we made a mistake but we can't quickñy see we're making a mistake? Even when first we need to see if we are in the EQUIP BUILD or SAVE BUILD, and even if we miss that we still have a confirmation pop-up saying: Are you sure you want to EQUIP? Or are you sure you want to SAVE? And we still go ahead, make the mistake, even after double confirmation, and we're asking for a 3 factor safety?

I honestly don't get it. Take a second. Read. Even more if you know you are doing an action (in the armory station in this case, when this obviously already happened to you), insteal, you still hurry it and don't take a second to read? There's your safety option guys. Don't rush. Take a second. Read. And select the right option.

Bu the way, this never happened to me. I always take a second before confirming, not only in the Armory station.

It's happened to me, once. After that I stop, drop and roll and then make a selection.

The simplest solution would be to just remove the Save Build option from the top menu altogether. That way you have to intentionally open the specific build's interface/menu to be able to Save Build.

It's not just a PC issue, as Console players can easily stumble into it as well.

I’m in favor of some way to strengthen the lock on our current build. It’s pretty much mandatory to have a completely different build to parse with than you use in trials, both gear and skills, so a lot of progress could be lost that has to be redone.

I have not overwritten any of mine yet but it always feels like a disaster waiting to happen.
