Blighted Blastbones + Serpents Disdain

Serpents Disdain set does not appear to be extending the Diseased status effect granted by Blighted Blastbones. Is this a bug or am I overlooking something?

I try yesterday and unfortunately I was disappointed that it won't but work very well only on ice warden.

Blastbones is a pet, so I'd imagine it won't increase the length because you aren't the one applying diseased.

this is probably whats going on lol

any effects applied by the pet do not take into account set gear at all, unless its like base stat scaling stuff
