House Storage Skill Line & Bank Space Skill Line?

This is a World Skill we all need in ESO Homestead post light. Also it opens up new content to see the NPC's to play a role little more. Like to unlock both skill lines to do a quest with a banker NPC and a Housing NPC as well.
The only problem is how would both skill lines work?

✭✭✭✭✭i do not get why we would get skill lines for housing and banking storage?
if zos wants to give us more banking storage it would likely be another gold/ crown purchase.
and housing storage would probably happen by houses having higher furnishing limits.
but right now that isn't happening otherwise we'd already have it.
