There's necrom roof gable.

Tribunal being mad for everything 3, there's also things like their stained glass window antiquity, whose lead is a very common drop.

Both. If octagonal type is available, that's also OK.
But, there're no triangle shape roof parts in the current ESO, so I need to find alternate parts for it.

There are several though most are either crown store bought or luxury vendor - so you either need be lucky / wait / pay exorbitantly inflated prices buying from guild vendors.
