Does anyone know where to find out more about this mini-event? The link in the launcher takes you to a PVP post from 2023.

    When I logged in, there was a big splash screen with the event details.

    It's basically 100% extra gold from all sources for a week. (If I recall correctly).

    But then you can launder and then sell those items, and (in my opinion) selling is a "source". :) However, I think Malyore's probably right: when ZOS say "all sources", it's typically not the case.

    I did burn all my gold buying motifs during the event. I do need more. But I'm also still burned out from that event.

    Will I writ for easy gold to refill my purse?

    Cyrodiil rewards for the worthy are not giving extra gold. It's the same as always.

    I would have greatly appreciated 100% more gold from antiquities, I always hope for it but in these events it's always missing sadly.

    Usually I grind public dungeons for gold, but after fighting too much during Anniversary I would have liked a change of pace farming antiquities peacefully...

    Even though I was hoping to have more breathing time after Jubilee to quest, do surveys and maps, and IRL read books, I'm very happy for a double gold event to be going on, been waiting a long time. Gotta buy these motifs somehow :)

    I’m doing exactly that, with 10 alts, to get the Master writs, to get Vouchers, to buy attunable tables. 10k per character for a seven-craft round is about right.

    I think treasure chests are also double gold. Maybe thieve's stashes too, but not sure.

    The gold bonus is at least multiplicative on daily writ rewards, not additive like event xp bonuses are.

    Yes, it's 5075 on turn in plus whatever for ornates per champion level toon for the 7 types of writs, tiny bit more upon turn in on Imperials. I am hoping to have all 20 toons on NA do writs which should be about 1.2 million, provided I can do them between 6-10 AM Tuesday.

    So yeah it's quests, master writs, and mobs that are giving double gold. Anywhere direct gold is generated (so not RFTW mail or from selling items to fences/merchants)

    The amount of gold earned from daily writs depends on the character level (not skill level but character level).
    It's normally about 5k gold for 7 daily writs for each level 50 character, about half that for a level 15 or so
    So double that amount for this event, depending on character level

    It is possible to get 169k for doing all 7 writs on 20 characters without any other bonuses.

    It is possible to get 203k exactly for 20 characters if you have ESO+ and use Gilded Fingers (green CP).

    Add in 12 gold (2%) per writ more for each Imperial character.

    I just did all of my daily crafting on my characters and got a total of roughly 10.2k each, double what they'd normally get. Are you sure you're turning them in quickly enough to see the total for all writs accumulate in the corner of the screen? I had a friend think she wasn't getting double, but she was, she just wasn't turning them in as quickly to see the total.

    What platform are you on?

    I double checked all the numbers on PC-NA today for daily writs. The event bonus is exactly doubling the numbers.
