Can't get access to NECROM

All Marketing Material and this official support article here claim that purchase of The Gold Road expansion grants "IMMEDIATE access to the base game and all seven previous Chapters"...
...yet here I am, over an hour after purchasing and redeeming the Gold Road Digital Deluxe Edition Expansion, and each time I log into the game, it tells me that NECROM is not active and that I need to purchase it.
As we can see here, Gold Road is applied to the account. I started a support ticket already, but just posting here to see if anybody else has experienced this or has other knowledge about it?

As far as I’m aware, only the Collection grants the previous chapters.1 -

The "gold road digital deluxe upgrade" (which I purchased from greenmangaming for $41.99 which does not come with the other chapters) and the "gold road digital deluxe collection" which I could have purchased for $9 more but didn't which does come with the other chapters. The way the marketing material is laid out on the site is misleading as seen here...
...as is even having two different versions like that. It seems designed to make you choose the wrong one...I don't see any way I can get access to all the other chapters now except shell out another $50 for the correct version.0 -

Contact customer service.
I accidentally purchased the wrong version of Elsweyr when it released. When I realized my mistake I contacted customer service. They very promptly cancelled my purchase and refunded my money, then I bought the correct one.

✭✭✭✭I'm sorry this happened and I hope support can sort it out for you. It seems like maybe an issue with how the information is presented on that particular third-party site?
On Steam at least... I find it's very clearly explained (the upgrade versions state "includes the gold road chapter only" and "requires base game to play"; while the full versions actually list out all included chapters).
I don't really know if this is something ZoS can control but maybe @ZOS_Kevin can speak to that... and whether they might be able to review how third party sellers are explaining the different versions, in order to prevent confusion.
The purpose of the two versions really isn't to confuse; the upgrade version is a cheaper option for people who have been playing for a while and already own most or all of the previous chapters.
Again, I do hope they can sort this out for you.0 -

That's not GMG marketing. That's a Zenimax made poster, and only the top thereof.
It asks the question : Which version is right for you?
Then lists what the Collection includes - which you show, and below it, the Upgrade version which you bought.

And are you sure about the price difference being $9? In Oz dollars I'm seeing $50 for the upgrade and $83 for the collection.
