Crown Crate Failed to Open But Was Consumed

Three months ago I opened a ticket regarding a failed Crown Crate and never received a response. Ticket number 240302-007672
When opening the crate the screen just got stuck looking at Pacrooti with no text anywhere on the screen. After waiting for a few minutes I pressed ALT to exit the screen and the crate was consumed but I received nothing.
A moment ago I was just watching a friend open crates and the exact same thing happened to her, reminding me I should reopen my ticket.
Bugs like this, with no response from support, do not incentivise crown crate purchases.

✭✭✭✭I've had something similar to this happen a number of times and at least in my experience I did get the rewards (ie: after opening a crate that bugged, I had items in my inventory that I could decon for gems). Still, very disconcerting and should be addressed. Crates are bad enough when they work properly :P0
