I queued for a ranked ToT match, and found one pretty much instantly. As soon as I hit accept I got the "You or a party member queued too recently" error message (paraphrased), NOTE: I was not in a party at the time. Then my game was stuck in this state (https://imgur.com/a/bvBwJmw). I was obviously not in a ToT match, and any key input would bring up the ToT pause menu (seen in gif).

There was no way to log off or quit out regularly, so I had to force quit my game. The bug was no longer present upon relaunching the game.
