Centaurs are present in TES2:Daggerfall, but I leveled up too far too fast and now I'm unable to ever fight them because they will no longer spawn.

✭✭✭✭✭There's a lot of were creatures in Tamriel, but as far as I know even then weresharks are unconfirmed, often assumed to be sailors tall tales.
