Ricochet skull bug

I have had this problem a few times in pve and alot in pvp. I will cast my skulls and the skull counter will be stuck at 3 and I will not be able to ever cast the 3rd attack. This does not go away unless you log, fast travel or die. Please look into this.

    I just noticed the same thing so it's not fixed yet.
