necromancer sacrifical blastbones

i LOVE the change to stalking blastbones but also stand by that the sacrifical morph NEEDS to be changed to be able to be used outside of combat like all 'non target abilities' with more than that, its even stranger that you STILL need to actually AIM IT AT SOMEONE ELSE to summon it..... please zos fix this for heavens sakes.....

    Yeah agreed - make it so you can trigger out of combat and at least (!!!) remove the need to have to target someone. It makes no sense and it goes to show how much thought was put into this. It’s a bug that this went live the way it did - makes no sense to have to target an enemy for this skill to trigger.
    Crown Crates are a trap. Don't fall for the gamble! Balance? What Balance? Balance, smellance.
    Necro for them RP feels.

    I wish it active out of combat also remove the flame skull explode and add it to the skill it self and increase from 20 to 30%.
