Personally I'd love to see them do a "Part 2" of this event later in the year, after everyone has taken a breath after 30 straight days of events and the locked out folks can get back in and get sorted.

But I wouldn't be mad if they did it now, either. Tired. But not mad. And I'd prioritize what the locked out folks would desire.

Alternatively, please offer the players who were locked out the opportunity to choose some event ticket items to receive (equivalent to whatever number of tickets they missed out on), and then send it to them. This way, the affected players get due compensation, and the unaffected players don't get any unfair advantage. This is why the support ticket system exists, is it not, to cover issues such as this?

(I'm not one of the affected players)

I suspect, if they *don't* do something like this, it's because of the logistics of everyone making individual choices vs. the simpler method of blanket rewards. (Read: NOT saying it's a GOOD thing).

I also hope and suspect, if locked out players put in support tickets asking for certain reasonable things, their request will be honored.

But I wouldn't begrudge the extra week for others who want more.

I'm loving this event so I'm all for another extension. Last I checked it had ended on consoles, who not re-enable the event, put the final part of the personality on the vendor and let us have another week or two with it?

I will really like they extend the event until the last day of the month (until May 1 at 9:00am EST). Hope they surprise us after the maintenance.

Yeah I'd be okay with extended event - would be a nice way to continue the celebration and bring some closure to this unfortunate error.

I can hardly wait for saguines jujubee to end and we move on to anything else. of my 11 accounts i expected to get jujubee horses on 7 of them but i only got that on 3 accounts and you know what? i dont care. lets just move on. give them crowns if they need more compensation lets just get on with it.
