✭✭✭I suppose they could have given all locked out players a completely maxed out ESO Account with all the skills, gear and gold they could ever want. Oh wait. 🤣
It was a minor band-aid. Not a cureall. Yes it sucked but there wasn't a lot else they could do while they worked on restoring the real accounts.

Those are just the pain points I've encountered over the past week leveling a new character on an alt account.
The new player experience is rough.
