Werewolf - what can be done to make it better?

I feel like Werewolf needs a bit of help to make it a worthwhile use of skill points, and tied up Ultimate slot.

Right now there are some bugs:
1: Pack Leader resets after a few seconds
2: Pounce sometimes doesn't fire and you get stuck partially animated and cannot attack. The only way out is to let WW wear off.
3: Ultimate points sometimes get stuck or reset to zero ( assuming the 5 minute timer is real, this is too short, but also doesn't always work)
4: Werewolf melee hit detection seems to be a bit off, this may be affecting all players but it seems more noticeable in WW form. It can be hard to hit enemies consistently even if it appears you are properly facing them.

Areas for Improvement:
I'd like to see the Ultimate cost lowered considerably, something like 500 points max. As it is now, unless you fight 'swarm' enemies it takes far too long to get to 900+ points of Ultimate. (especially with the short timer on Ultimate resetting)

Also, it would be nice if the WW form lasted longer, I'd prefer it to be more like Skryim where it lasts 5 minutes unless you Feed to extend it. This alone would help make werewolf useful (especially since the majority of enemies you fight in the world cannot be Fed upon). This would also help it not be at such a 'disadvantage' as compared to going with Vampire (same skillpoint costs but far more useful currently)

Lastly, I'd love it if there was some variation to the WW form based on your Gender. Real wolves have coloration differences and in some forms of WW lore female WW actually appear at least partially female. Whatever makes sense for ESO Lore but more than just Brown or White (if you pick the right ULT) would be nice.

    Well, to begin with they could add some abilities and passives that work outisde werewolf form. Nothing major, but a few passives and bonuses that take effect just like the weakness to poison does.
    I also agree werewolf form should last longer. Activating it should make you feel like you are transforming into an actual werewolf, rather than entering a temporary status that's no different from a long buff. That would turn werewolf transformation into an important choice too.
    Finally, add active abilities to werewolves. Ok, roar is cool and pounce is decent, but I am sure players would love to have some special attacks other than just spamming left click over and over. Make it so we can create our werewolf builds when in this form.

    Secondary things: allow mild customization of werewolf form. Color for a start.
    Replace werewolf silly running animation with the Skyrim werewolves' one. Four legged run. I don't want to look like bloody Banjo when running. Unless you allow me to carry Kazooie.
