[BUG] Guild History and Guild Notification Not Updating After 4/23/24 Patch - Ticket: 240423-003528

First thing I do NOT us any addons. PCNA
Since the patch yesterday I cannot see any new guild history and I keep getting a notification our Message of the Day has changed and it will not clear out. Every time I travel to another area or log into another character the notification is still there. Per the guild GM today changes have happened as little as two minutes ago but I cannot see them in the history. The Trader history seems to be working and current.
Annoying to keep getting a notification I cannot clear out or see guild history.
