My account is not gonna be unlocked at least until Thursday. I still haven't received my new code. I didn't even logged into pts and affected. Yet I haven't received the code @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_Kevin

CyberDiva✭✭✭They did, I think. I received mine late due to a mail server issue, but I still received it. Check your email spam folder, trash, and other folders, as the mail might have been forwarded into one of those instead.0
