Purchasing a furnished home from another player but they accidentally sent the home unfurnished.

I'd like to give a quick PSA that if you try and purchase a furnished home from a player, and they accidentally send you an unfurnished one, ZOS customer support will not correct it. They will tell you "buyer beware" and send you packing. This is a shameful and distasteful handling of a purchase that takes millions of gold, and something that I believe was an innocent mistake from the sellers part.
