1) Ball groups will be able to add extra utility to their builds. They will still be able to be killed once in a while, but the added power will enable these groups to become more advanced and more reliable. Thus harder to kill and smarter ball groups.
Basically I don't care what things are possible, as long as the main problem is not adressed: The cross-healing and tankiness needs to be tuned down. Vampire undeath needs to be tuned down.

Have you seen the Update 42 sets yet? ZOS is buffing tankiness, and adding new options for the permablock/troll tanking crew. So PUGs and solos get to choose between fighting unkillable blocktanks or unkillable ball groups.
Fun times ahead.
