Are twitch drops bugged for everyone... or just me?

Hi, I am not sure where or who to ask this question, so I'm trying here as some of you or a friendly dev might have a clue.

I noticed there's a gold road pts twitch drop campaign, so I went to watch a channel to earn a nice little ouroboros crate. But no matter which of the channels listed under "participating live channels" I choose, there's no progress bar popping up in my inventory on twitch. (found a really cool channel doing housing tours so at least there's that :) )
My account is linked, I checked again and it still is, the channels are for sure participating in the drops, because I get the pop-up with "earn crates" when I enter the channels, I do everything how I usually do, and have remembered to enable sound, but it still doesn't work. I tried in both firfox and chrome.
Anyone else having the same issue? I couldn't find any info on either eso or twitch support so if anyone has any idea what to do or try I'd love your input :)

Did you already get a drop from this campaign?

Most of the time, these are long campaigns and you only get one drop over the whole campaign. It'll still say "drops available," but if you already claimed it, then that's it.

To piggyback on Tom's post, you have a crate collected 4 days ago, this campaign started 5.

Never got twitch drops for several years. It’s bugged as hell . I stopped raising tickets . Only got typical ZOs response. Never fixed . It’s only ZOs fault as I never missed in any other games . Disconnect and reconnect account blah blah blah . [snip] If it’s doesn’t work don’t waste time wrestling with it. You are not alone .

I thought that was from the anniversary event drop campaign, but maybe I missed that.
Though it seems the only likely explanation, thanks so much for figuring it out, it was driving me mad!

Also, I now feel incredibly stupid, I thought I'd provide as much info for troubleshooting as possible so someone could find whatever stupid thing I missed, and well happily you did - Thanks :)

Best way to see if you claimed the drop is to login to your ESO account and go to "Billing History". "Ouroboros Crown Crate" and some code should be there with the date when it was added to your account.

I also think that there might be some time difference between twitch showing when the drop was claimed and on ESO website since they seems to be using only US time zones, while twitch converts everything to your local time. So even if you claimed the drop for example on the 17th of the April, ESO account will show 16th of the April as for them it was still 16th of April etc.

    Also, I have a question:
Is it just me, or "Code Redemption" emails are not being send / delivered ?

I have stuff from the twitch drops camping in April in game, but I stopped receiving "Code Redemption" emails (even before the account maintenance).

Just checked, I stopped getting the code redemption emails in march, so not just you missing them.

But I did forget to claim the one from when the anniversary drops were active until the next day, so what happened was probably that I earned from the campaign still active, and then didn't make the other one as it had run out the day after.

Last couple of campaigns I watched to try and claim a crate, the progress bar did not move. So... I stopped watching them.

Did you have the player muted? Because that's one thing that Twitch will pick up on. You can mute the tab itself, from the browser, and Twitch can't tell, but if you mute the stream by setting the volume on the stream to zero, it won't progress.

    Sorry, but 100% not true.
I'm collecting Twitch drops for various games with the player resolution set to minimum (160p) and the player muted for long over a year now, absolutely no issues.

The browser in question is Mozilla Firefox.

Btw, as a PSA: there are Twitch drop auto-claimer add-ons/plugins for all browsers!
Very useful for campaigns where you have to claim the first drop to keep progressing with the next..

Or if you're a scatterbrained person, start the stream to gather the drop, go AFK, don't claim the drop upon your return but instead close the browser/shut down the PC, and after 3 days the unclaimed drop gets deleted..
Definitely not speaking from experience here..

Edit: Imagine being a deaf person and not getting drops because your stream was/is muted. Big oof.
That sole reason would be enough for uber-politically-correct Amazon/Twitch to not implement such an anti-feature.

To be fair it is insane how stingy they are with those crates, especially since nothing good ever drops from them.

I am not sure about it. Because...
I use several browsers on a dedicated PC. (drops for wife, etc) Automatic push-button remote control .. Synthetic Genetics, Comm- nah sorry :)
By default I have the tab muted and the player on, quality at 160p. So one day I look at how the drops are progressing and I see that one player muted and really the drops didn't progress. After I turned on the player, the drop progressed further.
But it only happened to me once or twice with that progression. Otherwise, I haven't noticed this behavior. I guess maybe drop specifics
But what is annoying and what I miss is progress bar under menu. It was there and after some changes tjey removed it.

I also unmute in twitch to progress drops.
You can still have them muted though. In Mozilla it's easy to just click the little speake icon to mute the whole tab, and in chrome you can right click the tab and choose mute for it.
