the witches festival decorations are still there

hello zos ! So, yeah, you said in the latest patch note 9.3.8 that the witches festival decorations were removed ?

Except that i'm in Evermore, bangkorai, and the decorations are still there as we can see :

    Add Marbruk to the list :) well one pumpkin on the steps, to be honest they look part of the normal decor by now, would be sad to see them go.
