The Elder Scrolls online v10.0.1 has a number of fixes for Scribing skills and quests, content in West Weald, some adjustments to new item sets and Lucent Citadel (yes, we’re making Hard Mode harder) and more. The size of this patch is approximately 5.28GB.

Event Testing: Zeal of Zenithar
The God of Commerce ensures hard work pays off for the laborers of Tamriel during this event. Below are the details and any associated changes this year:

“Honest Toil,” the daily quest for the event, still awards 3 Event Tickets the first time you complete it per account each day. The Impresario will now will have all three fragments for the Master of Schemes personality. You’ll have to supply your own arsenal of insults to fling at your incompetent minions.
You will still earn a gold-quality Zenithar’s Sublime Parcel from “Honest Toil” each day. Zenithar’s Delightful Parcels (the purple quality ones) also still come from the following sources:
- Completing “Honest Toil” on other characters after the first each day.
- Completing a basic daily crafting writ – once per day per account.
- Completing a Master writ – once per day per account, per crafting discipline (Blacksmithing, Woodworking, Clothier, Jewelrycrafting, Alchemy, Provisioning, and Enchanting).
- Defeating a world boss or incursion-style world event (dolmens, dragons, etc.) while grouped with a guildmate (100% drop chance).
- Group Arena rounds, while grouped with a guildmate (50% drop chance on non-final rounds, 100% on final round).
- Stealing them from hard-working civilians of Tamriel (a small chance from pickpocketing, looting safeboxes, and opening thieves troves).
Either type of parcel can include (with gold-quality Sublime ones having higher chances to drop the good new shiny stuff):
- NEW: Gold Road Dragoon Outfit Style Pages
- Returning: High Rock Spellsword or Ashlander Peasant outfit style pages, or Kwama Miner weapon style pages
- Crafting Resources
- Style Items for Motifs
- Crafting Boosters (Blacksmithing tempers, etc.)
- Research Scrolls
- Furnishing Recipes
- Provisioning Recipes
- Repair Kits (equipment or Cyrodiil repair kits)
- Treasure Maps
- Imperial City vault keys
- Companion Gear
- Currency pouches for Gold and Tel Var, which have a very tiny chance for an enormous 100k jackpot.
Furthermore, during this event, the following global effects are in place:
- Wayshrine travel costs are reduced by 75%. Happy traveling!
- Repair costs on vendors are reduced by 50%.
- Crafting Inspiration gain from all sources is increased by 100%.
- Vendor prices across Tamriel are reduced by 10%.
  - These include:
    - Vendors that sell items for Gold, AP, or Tel Var stones, including the Golden Vendor.
    - Houses purchasable for Gold.
  - These do NOT include:
    - Bag or Bank Space upgrades
    - Currency vendors that do not sell things for Gold, AP, or Tel Var
    - Guild Traders, whether it be for reserving their services, collecting from sales, or anything else.
Philius Dormier, the Impresario’s Assistant, is adding some retired collectibles to his inventory! While he will still carry Unstable Morpholith pet fragments from 2021, and the appropriate seasonal rotation of its morph items, he is now doing the same with the Soulfire Dragon Illusion Pet and its morphs from 2022.
- His inventory will change slightly with the season, much like the Indrik vendor at the Belkarth Festival grounds, so check back with him frequently if you missed something from that year or the current offerings aren’t to your liking.
- For this event specifically, he will be carrying the Scales of Akatosh skin fragments. When this event ends it will flip to the next “season” with the following event, offering fragments for the Aurelic Quasigriff. This rotation will continue accordingly as seasons change.

The Antiquarian’s Folio of Leads will now properly grant all West Weald Antiquity Leads when used in the West Weald.
Template characters loading onto the PTS will now have the Skingrad Vineyards Wayshrine properly unlocked.
“Blessing of Protection, Sky Blue” is now available in the Stash of Surprising Skill Styles.

General

Fixed an issue where corpse-consuming visual effects would be present on some bodies you should not be able to utilize, such as those left by another fight you did not participate in.

Crafted Sets

Highland Sentinel: Reduced the Crit Chance gained per stack of Sentinel Eye to 357 from 468.
Threads of War: Updated the 2-piece bonus to grant up to 1487 Offensive Penetration and 4-piece bonus to grant up to 657 Critical Chance.

Trial Sets

Mora Scribe's Thesis: Updated the 4-piece bonus to grant up to 129 Weapon and Spell Damage.
Xoryn's Masterpiece: Fixed a rare issue where the item set would display a second default icon.

General

Renamed the "Recent" section in the Scribing UI to "Archive".
Fixed an issue where the tooltip for recent abilities would sometimes remain visible when exiting the Scribing Archive UI screen.
Fixed an issue that caused crafted abilities in the Scribing Archive UI screen to use the name of your currently crafted version of the ability.
Fixed an issue where the name of Luminous Ink was not formatted correctly in Gamepad Mode UI.
Fixed the Achievement “A Signature With Class” to now track the acquisition of a Class Mastery Signature Script.
Added service icons to the Scholarium map.
You can now interact with several bookshelves in the Scholarium.
The Scholarium wayshrine is now correctly positioned on the map.

Abilities

Grimoires
- Trample: Fixed an issue that could lock your ability to mount when using Trample.
- Wield Soul: Updated the tooltip for Anchorite's Cruelty to include the maximum amount of damage it can deal and to correct a typo.
Signature Scripts
- Fencer's Parry:
  - Fixed an issue on the tooltip where the cooldown was not displayed.
  - Fixed an issue where this Script allowed you to ignore damage from unintended sources.

Quests

General
- Fixed a number of areas where your character could get stuck on the terrain during the Scribing quests.
- Adjusted the placement of several assets in Scribing quest spaces to fix visual issues.
- Corrected some mismatches between VO and subtitles in the Scribing quests.
- Fixed an issue where you were unable to see or interact with various wards and glyphs due to having completed base game quests in the same area.
- Fixed several issues with quest assist pins while on Scribing quests.
The Wing of the Dragon
- Fixed an issue where talking to your allies sometimes didn't give you a proper quest assist pin.
- Fixed an issue where the notes that you get from your companions about the Riddles of the Dragon had incorrect values.
The Wing of the Gryphon
- Updated some pathing on various NPCs.
The Wing of the Netch
- Votary Llaren has found his book.
The Second Era of Scribing
- Votary Nalia is less inclined to repeat herself.
Wing of the Indrik
- Votary Nalia is less inclined to duplicate herself.
- Fixed an issue that could result in the quest tracker showing incorrect information.

Skill Styling

Fixed a UI error that could occur in Gamepad Mode when selecting a style for a skill.

General

Updated all Fractured Remnant animations with new sound effects.

Lucent Citadel Trial

General
- Your character must now be at least level 10 to accept the quest “Aiding the Expedition” from Valaria Calidius outside Skingrad.
- Dremora Sparkcasters now always use the correct weapon for their stance.
- Standing in the radius of the Radiant Prism no longer triggers combat music when not also engaged with enemies.
- The bust and trophy collectibles drop properly depending on the difficulty.
Count Ryelaz and Zilyesset
- The teleport pads will no longer have a chance to remain active when the fight starts.
Orphic Shattered Shard
- Xoryn will be less twitchy when taking damage during the fight.
Arcane Knot (Final Encounter)
- The following changes have been applied when Hard Mode is active:
  - Increased the Health and Power of the following enemies:
    - Dariel Lemonds
    - Baron Rize
    - Crystal Atronachs
    - Necromancers
    - Xoryn
    - Defense Prisms
  - Decreased the resurrection timer of the Defense Prisms.
  - Dariel Lemonds will now use the Arcane Conveyance ability more frequently.
  - Fluctuating Current now deals damage in a small radius around targets affected by Overloaded Current.
- Multiple people can no longer interact with the Arcane Knot simultaneously.
- Increased the damage of the Arcane Knot’s Temporal Splinters ability.
- Increased the damage of Dariel Lemonds Quick Strike and Uppercut abilities.
- Necromancers will remain more spaced out so as not to clump up in melee when attacking.
- Added the Necrotic Ritual ability for Necromancers during this encounter.
- Reduced the initial damage of Xoryn’s Chain Lightning ability, but increased the damage from each subsequent arc.
- Crystal Atronach’s Glass Stomp ability will no longer affect characters outside of the telegraphed area.
- Crystal Atronachs will no longer increase in size and power without Hard Mode being active.
- The feature to join an encounter in progress will no longer teleport your character back into Xoryn’s room after he has been defeated, if no enemies remain.

Achievements

Updated the text for the achievement “A Signature with Class” describing how to properly advance it.
The achievement “Wine and Warriors” will now complete correctly.
The following achievements will now properly increment when completing quests that reward Ink:
- Ink Acquirer
- Ink Accumulator
- Ink Amasser

General

Fixed a common crash that would occur near Skingrad.
Fixed a number of issues with voiceover lines not playing or timed incorrectly.
Fixed a number of issues with character pathing and postures throughout West Weald.
Fixed a number of issues with the readability of books and treasure chest placement in West Weald.
Fixed an issue where you could get out-of-sync if you entered the Feldagard Barracks at the wrong time.

Mirrormoor Incursions

Consumable corpses will no longer randomly appear at Mirrormoor Incursions.

Quests

Against the Wall: Fixed an issue where players in a group could not all talk to Captain Abitius during this quest.
Another Death in Ontus: You can now speak to Baron Carvain at the appropriate time during this quest.
Fate of the Forgotten Prince: Fixed an issue where quest items weren’t correctly displaying during this quest.
Hold the Line:
- Quest steps now properly share with group members.
- Your progress will no longer become blocked if your character dies and resurrects during this quest.
- The portal back will now properly disappear and remain gone once you leave the area.
- Added Step Journal text to the quest step “Search the Keep Barracks”.
Relics of Another Age: Fixed an issue where your character would teleport in Niryastare during this quest.
Relics of the Three Princes:
- Fixed an issue wherein the step to examine notes would not share with group members.
- Removed an extraneous compass pin leading into Niryastare.
The Missing Cohort: Fixed an issue wherein accepting this quest from a note would not display a corresponding hint for the quest “Paths of Chaos”.
The Untraveled Road: You can no longer speak to allies trapped in mirrors during this quest.
Where There’s a Will: Added a greeting for Otho Florious during the step “Talk to Aquilia”.

Infinite Archive

Vision descriptions and headings will now correctly display in all supported languages.

General

Removed some incomplete morphing collectible data that interacting with could cause you to crash.

Eidetic Memory

Fixed an issue where you couldn't interact with the Journal of Tsona-Ei, Part 3 after completing the associated quest.

Furnishings

Adjusted the visuals for the furnishing "Leaf Pile, Autumn".
Adjusted the Icon for the furnishing "Scribing Ward" to better match its visual effects.

Homes

Fixed a few minor visual issues with Zhan Khaj Crest.

General

Made additional fixes to healthbars to prevent visual overlaps.
Fixed certain Cyrillic characters not visible in item links.

Activity Finder

Fixed an issue where the "Join Queue" button in some sections of the Activity Finder could get stuck on the screen.
