Is there a way to do an 180 (turn about quickly)
I am using an Xbox controller on a PC and it seem to be standing still and turn around quickly take a while,
Or is that just the way it is.

Sluggy✭✭✭✭✭Pretty sure you can edit the config file manually to push your look-speed higher than the default max allowed within the in-game settings menu. However, it still won't compare to someone with a mouse that knows how to use it well.1 -
