Only one Cyradil tutorial per day?

I have a Dominion dragonknight and a sorcerer doing starting stuff similarly. DK hit level 10, did Cyradil tutorial no problem. switched to sorc. Started tutorial fine. Got to Protector Arfire at the temple of the scroll - Does not give me the correct quest information. Does not lead me to the General. As a matter of fact, the quest Disappeared completely.
Is there any way to complete the quest? I don't have an option to drop it.

It bugged out. I had this happen before. You might have to quit out and come back in.PCNA

ended up quitting, waiting about half an hour, then had to go back to the person who gives the second XP and sends you to the temple.
already had the xp but at least got the quest going again, and finished it.
