The Seeker's Archive quest in Craglorn

This zone is many many years old. Why are there still bugs here? I tried to do this quest a few days ago and cannot even interact with the Mora statue. There is a white arrow to indicate that the quest should be there but nothing. I opened a ticket with zos support and they said that they're aware of it but no info on if or when it will be fixed. I can't complete the quest or the zone.
It would be nice to get some useful information other than they know about it. Is it going to be fixed ever? In 4-more years? This zone is how many years old? There should be zero bugs here.

Mophett✭I reported this bug couple of months back when I thought I'd go through it on my Arcanist. I even dropped the quest and re did it to see if it had any change. Unfortunately it did not, so I left it where you are stuck now.0

malistorr✭✭✭✭Yeah this bug has existed for years and still no fix. Please people, report this. Maybe some year ZOS will do something about it. You literally can't finish the zone or other achievements with this still occuring.0

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭I believe the trick is to sneak around the boss enemy before the statue so that you do not enter combat at all as mentioned here. My apologies in advance if you've already tried abandoning, restarting, and taking the sneak route and it bugged again.
