We know that you are trying to fix locked accounts, and I believe, identify the culprits who took advantage of the issue with PTS, but can we get an update this morning of the 18th? We were told this would be a 2-3 day fix.

These issues started Monday. Our accounts are going on 3 days locked, and really four days of no play. I don’t see any planned maintenance announcement for rollback (something I believe we were told was going to be needed?)

Some of us participate in cores and we don’t even know what to tell our raid leads at this point.

    I'm as frustrated waiting as anyone, but they already said there would be an update today here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8092391#Comment_8092391

    The update will likely be in that same thread. It's not even 10 AM Pacific yet, and they already told us that "the soonest [restorations] will occur is by the end of the week but we will keep you posted on the timeline." (emphasis on soonest theirs). So very unlikely to get an update that's any better than "tomorrow".

    if a "content creator" who blatantly shared how to exploit and got banned 5 times can get 6 months of eso plus, im hoping that we get something of equal value for something we had no control over

    You know they are on the East coast, right? Were you just going to wait until tomorrow afternoon before you expect an update to their “working around the clock?”

    They are east coast based. Yesterday their major update was in the morning, and then they provided incremental updates. Yes I do expect, that a company whose decision has had such a severe impact on its paying customers, to provide us with a daily overall update on where things stand.
