Mine is one of the accounts that has been locked out due to the PTS issue. I have not yet received a temporary code to be able to experience the game while we wait for our accounts to resolve. As I am not one of the individuals that exploited, and would never do such a thing because that is just not right, I should have also gotten an emailed code. Are these codes still being sent out, or was I forgotten? As no other player has responded to a separate post mentioning that they too have not yet received a code, it very much feels like I have been forgotten. Can we get an update on this? And... Can I please get an emailed code?
