Also all classes should have a taunt ability

You probably mean that all classes should have a class skill with a taunt. But, now there's SnB taunt, Ice Staff taunt, Undaunted Skill taunt, Bow/2H/SnB ranged taunt (from Scribing).
But, if you mean by "class taunts"- yeah... there could be a "soft taunt" or two.

Putting an execute into a class, bottlenecks that class. I mean at this point we are not talking about Templars anymore, we are talking Beamplars!
Arcanist execute isn’t used as an execute. You always flail, flail, beam. Almost never flail, flail, flail (in PvE, anyways. Flail, flail, flail can be done to preserve crux for an upcoming fight.). Sorcerer has a reverse execute. Only templar and NB have abilities that become the spammable in execute.
The Oblivion execute as much as I recall doesn’t work like templar and nb execute. Could be wrong, but I’m fine with it as long as it isn’t the same as templar and nb. We really need more class differences, not less.

Sorcerer has an execute and inarguably the best one next to Templar due to it being a debuff on the enemy and if skilled a huge AoE. Mage‘s Wrath is a very powerful skill. Every class should have access to an execute skill as has been said, it‘s pretty vital in PvP and in PvE it’s usually one if not the top parsing skill for classes with a proper execute ability.
