Those are all classified as monsters. The game is only referring to actual "normal" human-like creatures. Essentially, if you cannot play as that race of creature it is likely not considered humanoid in ESO.

Creatures appear to have only one label, so a human vampire is classified as vampire only, not humanoid and vampire. This has already sparked discussions here, since, for example, some clearly chitinous animals aren't considered chitinous for endeavor purposes.

Humanoid daedra have had a separate endeavor (although not very often), as have vampires.

If you had multiple classifications for everything,they might as well say kill anything to get it,lol.They do it this way to give variety and have people goto diff areas to give the game a more lively feel.
