Wondering about other effects of the Account Lockouts

I'm wondering, since the method of locking people's accounts out is to effectively, "Ban," the account, are people who got hit with it going to get automatically flagged as having a negative mark on their account? Like, if someone with a clean record got locked out because they logged into PTS when it opened, when they're unlocked, will their account still be, "In good standing," for purposes of things like being able to gift Crown Store items etc?

i would think they would have some internal "reason" field for when an account gets banned, so they could see each ban, and the reason for the ban

this would help them identify "repeat offenders" for those who had short term bans in the past

The ban message when you try to login is just because that's the only messaging it has for locked accounts. It's not going to be recorded that way on your record.

Someone should compile a master list of concerns. So many things keep being thought of it would be nice for someone to have one consolidated thing for the staff.

It will not show on a our records as a negative offense. This was just the solution we had at the time to "ban". But you are not marked as having done anything wrong.
