April 14th prod servers down for a patch
Today, April 15th, no problems in PVE, but kicked 3x in the first 15 minutes of the game, then about 1/2 in, finally now, when I gave up.
Play for about 1.5 hours
Nothing has changed on my systems. Yes, I even changed computers. Ping was not bad (~120ms for my location, not bad)
This is just an FYI - no attention needed.
If there is, what can I provide.

Did you receive any specific error messages after being disconnected from ESO?
